There are three types of sessions. Basic, Special, and Limited Pressing.
Basic Sessions are your standard sessions for tracks on DVDs or other uses such as commercial jingles. There is a three hour minimum for Basic Sessions and you are allowed to record 15 minutes of music in those three hors. For overtime you can record another 5 minutes of music for each half-hour.
Special Sessions are for the same uses as Basic Sessions but there is a 1.5 hour minimum during which you can record 7.5 minutes of music. If a Special Session is going to go longer than 2 hours then it's better to book a Basic Session as the rates will be less for the same amount of session time.
Limited Pressing Sessions are for tracks on CDs which will press less than 10,000 units or less. This type of session can't be used for commercial jingles. Limited Pressing Sessions hve a 2-hour minimum and you can record up to 7.5 minutes of music per hour.
In the future we may add Film Sessions to the Estimate System. If you want to record music for a Film please contact us directly.
