Choose Talent: This is probably pretty obvious but we have a tip for you.  In the recording world one of the musicians and two of the vocalists on a session gets leader scale (even if there is only one person on the session).  We apply this percentage to the first person on the Musician’s list and the first two people on the Vocalist’s list.  Some of our talent is more expensive than others so you might try moving the players around on the list as the first person on it will have the extra percentage based off of their fee.  Moving a less expensive player to the top position may help with your estimate.  This doesn’t apply to Engineers.
